3 Fitness Podcasts to Keep Your Motivation on Track

2015 has offered many different opportunities for exercise and staying active. There are the traditional ways of working out like hitting the gym to use the machines and weights, or non-traditional stuff like adult tumbling classes and aerial fitness.

If you’re a techie like me, you crave that audio-visual stimulant when working out. Here are 3 of my favorite work out podcasts to inspire you this winter.

1.) Jillian Michaels’ Channel

Jillian Michaels is a powerhouse. She proves to the world that you can be fit and strong while balancing a busy career, a happy marriage and a handful of kids (ladies, we really can have it all!).

2.) SexyFit Podcast

Zlata Sushchik is the creator of SexyFit and is my secret best friend. She is incredibly encouraging about weight loss and getting a proper nutrition. She offers a realistic opinion about lifting and food and invites her professional friends to share their expertise. Zlata also has a refreshing take on body acceptance and what society’s says verses what we actually need.

3.) The Nia Shank Show: Lift Like a Girl

Nia Shank doesn’t feed you B-S. Her podcasts are tough and she will help you become the best and strongest version of yourself. Nia’s podcasts help you get the maximum results with minimum exercise and teaches you how to be more body positive- love your body for not just how it looks for what is can do.

It’s time to step away from the holiday movies on the Hallmark channel and start getting physical.

Happy fitness!
