The 30-Day Meditation Challenge
What do 50 Cent, Rupert Murdoch, and Oprah all have in common?
Aside from the fact that they are wildly successful- it’s this:
Meditation. They practice it.
Now, maybe you’re one of those types who’s already in tune with your chakras, and are reading this with your 3rd eye.
Or maybe, you’re more like me.
The same way people call walking up steep hills ‘hiking’, for a long time I have figured meditation was synonymous with ‘Sitting cross-legged and bored while trying to repress my thoughts, and counting the seconds go by’.
Part of me would rather watch a glacier melt.
So how is it that this seemingly mundane and simple activity, is often credited for creating the most successful people in the world?
